Return Policy

Blue Forest will accept returns on most products. There are some limitations and conditions:

1. No returns/refunds on custom order products or products not purchased directly from Blue Forest
2. No returns/refunds after 30 days
3. No returns/refunds on opened cartons, damaged cartons, or products not otherwise in the same condition as when they left our facilities (returns for defective product are not included in this return policy and are handled on an individual basis)
4. No returns on Moldings, Trim, Stair Pieces, Installation Tools, Adhesives
5. On any returns, the customer is responsible for the charges incurred in returning the product to Blue Forest We can provide return shipping however the shipping charge may differ from the charge when your order was placed.
6. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If you need to return a product, please contact Blue Forest customer service to receive an authorization.

Orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not left our building. Any canceled order will be charged a 3% cancellation fee.
